Script Samples 

People are spending too much time on their phones and computers.  One or two hours a day should be the maximum time we spend on screens, yet some people waste the whole day.  If people cut down on screen-time each day we could get so much more done.  Start exercising, take your dog out on a walk or hike, or just get a little bit more sun than usual.  The more time we spend on our electronic devices the more we lose interest in doing other things.  The digital world is only a small part of life; don’t spend your whole life enjoying only the smallest part.
